Biblical Market Place Extravaganza promises to be full of energy
and delight.
OWL (Our Whole Lives): 7th - 9th
graders are engaging in Our Whole Lives which helps participants
make informed and responsible decisions about their sexual health
and behavior. It equips participants with accurate, age-appropriate
information in six subject areas: human development, relationships,
personal skills, sexual behavior, sexual health, and society and
culture. Grounded in a holistic view of sexuality, Our Whole Lives
not only provides facts about anatomy and human development, but
also helps participants clarify their values, build interpersonal
skills, and understand the spiritual, emotional, and social aspects
of sexuality.
Confirmation: This is a mentor-student
based class that offers exciting opportunities to learn about
the foundation of our faith and to experience our growing faith-together.
Students choose two names they would like to have as their mentor-
Pastor Bobbi then coordinates the partnering and the pairs decide
when/where it is best to meet to complete their assignments in
between classes.
